Four star combo guard Anthony Harris (2018, FAIRFAX, VA) came to play at Hoop Group Team Camp. He showed his ability to work the floor hitting the jumper to spread the defense and attacking the lane. Coming off a strong Spring Season with Team Takeover, Harris has several division 1 colleges instrested including Miami, Indiana, Ohio State, Virginia Tech and Louisville. We sat down with Anthony to hear his take on Team Camp.

Q: How was your overall experience at this camp?

A: “It was a great experience and we were coming off a loss at our last team camp, so we knew we had to come in, work hard, and get after it."

Q: How did the competition at this camp compare with tournaments you played in before?

A: "We are used to doing well in tournaments and blowing teams out. This was a nice change of pace, very competitive. A lot of good talent and putting in the hard work paid off for us in the end."

Q: What is the biggest thing you can improve on?

A: "The biggest thing for me is stamina, being able to play the entire game and contribute for your team."

Q: Tell me about the win, how did it feel?

A: "It feels great, we felt that some of the calls were not going our way, we just had to dial in and play our game and we came out on top."
