Class of 2021 wing Marcus Randolph from Team Final (PA) may have had the best scoring performance this week on Tuesday afternoon. He knocked down shots consistently with crafty play off the bounce. He spoke to HG Insider about his elite camp experience, the latest with his recruitment and more.

Q: What has this experience been like for you at Elite Session Two?

A: “It’s just another opportunity to work on my game and polish things I’ve been working on since Peach Jam.”

Q: What type of player do you see yourself as on the next level?

A: “On the next level, I see myself as a point guard because I like to get people open and create for my teammates. I just need to work on details like my handle and making better decisions.”

Q: What schools are involved in your recruitment?

A: “Temple, Bryant and La Salle have offered. DePaul, Delaware State and Seton Hall have also expressed interest.”

Q: Have you visited any schools and if so what do you like about them?

A: “I’ve only visited Temple so far and I really liked it there. I like the campus, environment and they treat me like family.

Q: You two more years of high school to get ready for college. What’s your mindset as you prepare for the next level?

A: “I’m just trying to get better every day, work hard and basically polish up my skills so I can play at the next level.”
