Cancellation Policy Eastern/Pocono Invitational

*No Refunds w/out refund insurance

*Refund Insurance = $40

With Refund Insurance

If you cancel 10 or more days prior to the 1st day of camp: Entitled to a Full Refund

If you cancel < 10 days before the 1st day of camp: Entitled to full refund minus a $75 processing fee

Without Refund Insurance

If you cancel less than 10 days prior to the 1st day of camp: Entitled to NO COMPENSATION

If you cancel 10 or more days prior to the 1st day of camp: Entitled to No Refund, but will receive a full “Hoop Group Credit”

2007 Acknowledgement of participation

I, the undersigned, agree my son/daughter and/or myself are physically fit to participate in strenuous activity, and waive The Hoop Group, its officers, employees and assigns of any and all responsibility for injury or illness. I hereby authorize the director of The Hoop Group, to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I also understand that I am solely responsible for the payment of any such medical expenses and must provide camp with proof of medical and accident insurance.
