Specialized Position Camp
With so much attention on the AAU circuit in today’s game we find that not enough kids concentrate on developing their skills and/or adding to their skill set. That is not the case at Eastern Invitational’s Specialized Position Camp, where fundamentals, specialized training and individual improvement comprise the backbone of what we do.
We offer the following specialized instruction:
Backcourt Camp
EIBC’s Backcourt Camp focuses on developing the skills necessary to be a successful guard. Breakdown skill sessions include: One on One Moves, Advanced Ball Handling, Breaking Full Court Pressure, Attacking Traps, Attacking Zone Defenses, Feeding the Post, Finishing Around the Hoop in Traffic, The Fast Break Game, How to Lead a Team and many more.
Whether you are a point guard trying to gain more knowledge about the position or a wing attempting to improve your ball skills – Backcourt Camp is the perfect forum.
Shooting Camp
EIBC’s Shooting Camp provides individual instruction for every player on their shooting form and helps them become a great shooter. Breakdown skill sessions include: Form Shooting, Shooting Off the Dribble, How to Use Screens, How to Read the Defense, Developing Range on Your Shot, How to Create Space and Separate From the Defense and many more.
If you want to become a “lights out” shooter - there is no place better to learn than EIBC’s Shooting Camp.
Big Man Camp
Ask any college basketball coach and they can tell you that it is difficult to find skilled post players these days. Our staff is committed to helping young post players develop their skills to become better all around players. Breakdown skills sessions include: Proper Footwork and Developing Agility, Scoring in the Low Post, Developing a Mid Range Game, How to Be a Better Post Defender, Rebounding and Outlet Passes, Setting Screens and Getting Open, Ball Skills and many more.
*Also, take advantage of our "crossover" sessions to work on other parts of your game.
