In order to secure rooms for you and your team, please contact your choice hotel directly and mention "The Hoop Group," or the name of the event, in order to get the discounted rates. There are a limited number of rooms in each hotel, which are only guaranteed to be available until 3-4 weeks prior to the event. We encourage you to reserve your rooms as early as possible in order to ensure your team gets the rooms in the hotel you want.
